Section 26
Insurance to be provided
: (1) According to this Act, in case of death or disability of a worker who has gone to foreign employment at any time for any reason, the licensee shall provide at least five lakh rupees insurance before sending the worker to foreign employment for the duration of the contract.
(2) In accordance with section 21, even a person who goes to foreign employment personally must get insurance equal to the amount mentioned in sub-section (1) before going to foreign employment.
(3) Other arrangements related to insurance shall be as prescribed.
